We have five interchangeable conference rooms available, each with their very own audiovisual capabilities. To aid in the delivery of your next training day or important meeting Mounties has state of the art equipment available for hire including data projectors, screens flip charts, television and PA and sound systems, microphones, Sky Channel, internet access and more.

Located on level one, our conference rooms vary in size and can be easily combined to suit meetings that required a larger space. Floor plans are can be created for each individual event by are professional functions team on request. Conference Rooms A, B and C have an abundance of natural light, which can be blocked where needed for data presentations. Conference Rooms D and E combined are suitable for larger conferences of up to 80 guests.

Room hire prices are very competitive and start from as little as $90.00 and vary dependant on length of use and size of room required. Room hire includes the use of a whiteboard, flipchart and screen.
Conference packages are available for half day and full day events, which are inclusive of room hire, all day catering, audiovisual, and stationary.
