Tennis Courts
Mounties@Sussex has two (2) tennis courts available for the use of guests. The tennis court hours are from 8.00am to 8.00pm (weather and lighting permitting). Equipment can be obtained from the resort office upon request. Children under the age of 14 are to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Bicycles
There are seven (7) bicycles available for the use of guests. This includes four (4) mountain bikes (1 with a baby seat) and three (3) children’s BMXs. Helmets are available upon request. Children are to be fully supervised by an adult while using the bikes.

Canoes
There are four (4) canoes for the use of the resorts guests. Children are to be supervised at all times while using this facility. Lifejackets are available from the resort office and must be worn.

Boats
Boats can be hired by contacting Sussex Inlet Marine Centre, located on Jacobs Drive: telephone number 4441 2086. Please note that all conditions of hire are to be confirmed with the Mariner and Mounties@Sussex takes no responsibility for any hire equipment.

Swimming Pool, Spa and Sauna
The heated swimming pool and spa area is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm daily. These are indoors and you will be given a ‘code’ upon arrival for access into this area. This complex consists of the swimming pool (15m long by 1.2m deep, salt water), spa, sauna, two (2) toilets and two (2) showers. These facilities are for the use of the resort guests only. It is asked that no one is to open the door to people who are not with your immediate party. Children are to be supervised at all times. Lifeguards are not supplied by Mounties@Sussex. It is recommended that you familiarise yourself with the signs and instructions located within the complex. NO soaps or other liquids are to be added to the spa under any circumstances.

BBQs
There are six (6) coin operated covered BBQs at the resort. If using this facility please ensure you have change handy (A 20c coin, will on average give 20 – 30 minutes of electricity.) Guests are asked to clean up after themselves and ensure all rubbish is put into the garbage and recycle bins provided by the resort.

Washing Machines & Dryers
Mounties@Sussex provides clotheslines and irons, washing machines and dryers for the use of our guests. The washing machines and dryers are operated by $1.00 coins only. (Washing machine takes 3 x $1.00 coins and the dryers take 2 x $1.00 coins for use.) The laundry room is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm daily. Mounties@Sussex takes no responsibility for any damage caused to clothing put in these machines. You will need to provide your own washing powders and fabric softeners.

Vending Machines
Located just outside the Laundry room, there is a drink and a snack vending machine for guests’ use. These machines take gold and silver coin, and can be accessed 24 hrs a day.

Car Park

As the car park is accessible from the street, guests should ensure their cars are secured at all times, and that no items of value are left visible. During the peak periods, we are only able to allow guests one (1) car space per unit. Additional cars will have to be parked outside the car park.
